Refund policy
Due to their custom nature, our rugs and lampshades are final sale and not subject to a refund or return. All other products can be returned at the cost of the customer for in-store credit.
Return Policy
- Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery for store credit at our discretion,minus a 15% restocking fee based upon the full price before discount.
- All rugs and lampshades are final sale. They are not eligible for return.
- You can initiate a return through our contact page. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved for return, items must be taken to a professional shipping provider for wrapping and shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping to PHI.
- Merchandise must be received in like new condition and subject to inspection before store credit is issued. Returns received with any signs of wear or damage will be refused and returned at customer’s shipping expense.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
- All international shipments are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
General Information:
- Orders are shipped via DHL, Royal Mail, UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. Shipping times vary with collections.
- Our rugs ship in approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the order date.
- Lampshades ship approximately three and four weeks of the order date.
- Pillow covers ship between two and four weeks of the order date.
- Table linens ship within two weeks of the order date.
*PHI rarely experiences delivery delays. However, if your rug should be delayed more that one week past the quoted lead time we will reach out to you with an update.
Damaged and Lost Packages:
- All damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery time mark. No exceptions. Please contact us immediately. We must have pictures of the following to replace the damaged item: damaged packaging, damaged contents, and the shipping label on the outside of the package.
