About Us

Here at Paloma, we've always wanted a house with a crowded table, one without the worry of harsh chemicals, cheap design, and a lack of character, so we've partnered with e-commerce player, Giri Designs, to cultivate a shared aesthetic of high-end, sustainable textiles in a single online destination, expanding art beyond your walls to the spaces in between that truly make your house a home.

With a fresh perspective on the "Grandmillennial Vibe", Paloma offers a more contemporary take on the traditional, selecting heirloom quality pieces sourced by small, women-owned businesses worldwide. With a focus on generational practices and the use of sustainable materials, Paloma makes it easier to purchase items in good faith.

We think everyone deserves something unique. Something ethically sourced. Something made using regenerative practices and sustainable materials (the environment matters!). Something your kids will remember when they look back on those days and nights spent together in the house they grew up in. Something you can pass on if you want to. Something that lasts a lifetime.

We're so glad you're here and we can't wait to find a little something for you.

Meet the Founder

Fortune 500 consultant and entrepreneur, Lindsey is leveraging her background in international affairs and security cooperation to drive change via e-commerce:

"There's no greater equalizer than the e-commerce space. Small shops and women owned businesses that wouldn't otherwise have access to these large consumer markets are reshaping how we view the shopping experience. It also opens the aperture and access to authentic pieces that are high quality, unique, and made using traditional practices that big box stores and other international trade giants sacrifice for the sake of efficiency and profitability."

Paloma Home is not a new concept. A lover of heirloom pieces, Lindsey has grown up with antiques and an appreciation for the things that last a lifetime.

"We moved a lot when I was little, but even though the house was different, everything in it stayed the same. No matter where we ended up, those pieces felt like home to me and I find so much joy in cultivating that same feeling for my own family. Both my mother and grandmother share this passion for old things made new, and that's the vibe we're trying to accomplish with Paloma. A contemporary take on the traditional, one textile at a time."

Lindsey's experience abroad has also shaped her love for heritage pieces. Each product is a work of art, carefully selected, and made from the heart, embodying Paloma's spirit and commitment to the good stuff.

"The world can give us so much if we let it! Imagine the stories each piece would tell if it could. I love sitting at an old table thinking about the late night conversations people must have shared around it, or feeling the soft pile of an old Turkish rug under my feet and wondering who loved it before me. Each layer tells a story, and we want to be part of that story."

Lindsey currently lives just outside of Washington, D.C. with her husband, three young kids, and her very sweet, but very loud hound. Her favorite vacation spot is her home town, Petoskey, MI. You can see the Grand Hotel's influence in her signature Grandmillennial style. She's often happiest in the garden, trying to keep her perennials alive (a never ending battle), and spending time with family and close friends.
